Special show – Soul Is My Salvation: Gospel (Disco, Boogie, & Soul) selected by Tone B. Nimble, the guy behind the Al-Tone Edits series of 12″s. There are nine split 7″ in this series, and we hear all of it in this show. The show starts with a Mukatsuku track that didn’t fit into the 3 week series. Many completely awesome tracks: Pink Family’s ‘Don’t Give Your Life Away’ sets us up really well. Spiritual Souls ‘We Came To Show You The Way’ is the #1 pick (of mine) for the whole show – untouchable! Liberated Gospel Choir’s ‘Bon Appetit’ ends the series as another fave. The show ends with 5 tracks outside of this 7″ set, that play well with the nine singles.
