Hi Gulls
first of all thank you so much for playing the 3 tracks from Dream Girls at Direct! They sound fantastic! Bit of background, the Love House studio was in in Kent South East England, was run by Colin Swan previously of The Direct Hits mod revival band. In response to your question regarding the singers, The people are real! we offered the chance to record either covers or originals songs at our studio to anyone who wanted to record a track via a local ad, to try and find some real singing talent. hence each artists only recorded 1 or 2 tracks. I would say that Jenny Brett was our best singer, her version of I say a little prayer is fantastic! But thanks so much for giving these singers an airing…I will send them the link, and they will love being on the show! Diane Kenwill Blaamm Records
